The Varsity cards defeated #3 MSJ 35-0 on Friday. Chance Campbell recovered a fumbled and returned an interception for a touchdown to lead a defensive effort that also produced 6 sacks. Luke Firlie, Jordan Mcglaughlin and Pierce Robinson also intercepted MSJ quarterbacks to help preserve the shutout. Mike Campbell threw touchdowns to Cole Herbert and Chris Cooper to pace the offense. Sean Tucker and Jordan McGlaughlin added rushing touchdowns in the effort.
