What to Expect:
  • Leadership Styles Exploration: Discover different leadership styles, including autocratic, democratic, transformational, transactional, servant, and situational leadership. Learn when and how to apply each style effectively.
  • Team-Building Activities: Engage in fun and challenging group exercises that emphasize communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Participate in activities that enhance strategic thinking and effective decision-making.
  • Public Speaking & Communication: Develop confidence in presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Guest Speakers: Hear from accomplished leaders in sports, business, education, and community organizations who will share their leadership journeys.
Hands-On Experiences:
  • Leadership Simulation: Step into a leadership role and navigate real-life scenarios with your peers.
  • Group Challenges: Tackle interactive challenges that test problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills—like escape rooms, obstacle courses, and team strategy games.
  • Student-Led Service Leadership Project: Participants will design, organize, and lead a service initiative that benefits the community, applying their leadership skills to make a positive impact.

Leadership Camp Info

Join us for an exciting and engaging week at the Cardinal Leadership Camp, designed specifically for rising 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. This dynamic five-day camp will equip students with essential leadership skills, foster teamwork, and inspire confidence through interactive activities, workshops, and real-world scenarios.
