What to Expect:
  • Leadership Styles Exploration: Discover different leadership styles, including autocratic, democratic, transformational, transactional, servant, and situational leadership. Learn when and how to apply each style effectively.
  • Team-Building Activities: Engage in fun and challenging group exercises that emphasize communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Participate in activities that enhance strategic thinking and effective decision-making.
  • Public Speaking & Communication: Develop confidence in presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Guest Speakers: Hear from accomplished leaders in sports, business, education, and community organizations who will share their leadership journeys.
Hands-On Experiences:
  • Leadership Simulation: Step into a leadership role and navigate real-life scenarios with your peers.
  • Group Challenges: Tackle interactive challenges that test problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills—like escape rooms, obstacle courses, and team strategy games.
  • Student-Led Service Leadership Project: Participants will design, organize, and lead a service initiative that benefits the community, applying their leadership skills to make a positive impact.

Leadership Camp Info

Join us for an exciting and engaging week at the Cardinal Leadership Camp, designed specifically for rising 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th graders. This dynamic five-day camp will equip students with essential leadership skills, foster teamwork, and inspire confidence through interactive activities, workshops, and real-world scenarios.

Session 1 July 7th-11th
Session 2 July 14th-18th
Session 3 July 21st-25th

Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Cost: $275

Each camper will reveive a camp T-Shirt.

Location: George Young Hall Activities Center
